Hi, i have experienced the same, just 2 days ago my printer is working,then suddently this day, it does not at all, and it prompt an error that the cartridge was not installed properly, i did the pulling and installing again the cartridge but none happen, i have unplug the power cord and usb for about 10mins for the said own printer resetting but when i opened it and installed a new driver, it was still the same error.
